"Janna, Troy and family have and are creating the most enjoyable rv resort and experience! I would encourage you to book a site and enjoy the beauty of the area and the incredible kindness and service of this family owned business. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. Make sure you walk over to Foxy’s Bar for some great company, music, drinks and maybe the best burger you’ve ever had! 10/10 will be back!"

"Awesome place, with store, bar, light groceries and lots of rv spots. This was closed for a while and fell somewhat in disrepute, but the new owners Troy and Lana are delightful hosts and doing a great job revitalizing this beautiful spot near the El Dorado national forest."

"Nothing but positive things to say about this place, especially the owners. We were late checking in and it was dark. They had left us a note on the office door asking us to text when we arrived. Before we could even text them, they showed up on golf cart, welcomed us, led us to our site, helped us back in, get settled and invited us to visit the bar. The campground was quiet and peaceful and the site very spacious and private. The next day, after our visit to Apple Hill, we walked over to the bar. The owners were inside and happy to see us. Together we watched the Warriors vs. Jazz basketball game and got to know each other. What an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back."

"We stayed at Fox Sparrow for a quick weekend getaway. We were welcomed warmly by the owner/operator family who were great camp hosts at every turn. They were generous, caring, and hospitable and made sure we got to take advantage of all of their amenities on offer. Despite only being open five months, they were very organized and attentive. Our campsite was great, the bathrooms were clean, the store was stocked, and we even got to play old arcade games/billiards, watch football on TV, use Wi-Fi, all while enjoying a cold beer (or 3) on tap. My kids can’t wait to go back because of the playground and all the fun exploring/activities that await. We had some odd requests (like a piece of paper for my daughter to draw on) and they generously delivered on that front too. This is the type of campground you want to stay at and the type of people you want hosting you. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for this awesome campground! "My husband, grandson & I recently stayed @ Fox Sparrow RV Resort and Campground. We had a wonderful stay! My husband is a traveling Journeyman Lineman so we have stayed in several campgrounds over the years. The spot we were in had a tranquil sound of flowing water along with amazing views of the mature trees. Our grandson enjoyed the beautiful scenery also as he rode his scooter all around the park & frequently visited the cool little playground. There is a store on location which is always super convenient. The management staff are awesome people that made our stay enjoyable & memorable. We will definately make it back to stay there again."
